A Secret to Finding Daily Zen: Post-Lunch Meditation

Every day after lunch, the young adults in the Candler group spend about 20 minutes meditating.  The benefits of this midday break are many – it’s time to decompress and relax in our thoughts; it’s a time to build the energy needed to get through the 2nd half of the day; it’s a way to reflect on the morning and prepare for the afternoon.  The young adults pick relaxing music, find a comfortable spot and position and simply enjoy the silence.  Try it yourself today and enjoy the benefits of mindful meditation!
